According to the performance of different models of die-casting aluminum ingot machines, the pressure should be released before starting the motor, and the electrical equipment, electro-hydraulic valve, etc. should be checked whether they are in good working condition.
Install the die-casting aluminum ingot mold and the die-casting aluminum ingot machine to fill with nitrogen, and follow the steps of the die-casting aluminum ingot machine process and the die-casting aluminum ingot machine to fill with nitrogen.
Use oxygen-filled die-cast aluminum ingots, and it is strictly forbidden to use oil lubricating paint.
Multi-person operations cooperate well with each other. Manually scoop the alloy liquid and pouring it should be stable.
When the pressure is lower than the specified value, injection is prohibited.
Protective baffles should be used at the contact point of the mold parting surface and the gate, and personnel shall not stand on the opposite side of the parting surface contact to prevent the metal liquid from splashing and hurting people.
It is forbidden to bring naked flames close to the fuel tank. When the temperature of the fuel tank exceeds the specified temperature of the equipment, water cooling should be used.
When removing castings and pouring risers from die-cast aluminum ingot molds, tools should be used. After removing the casting, remove the metal debris on the casting mold and inside the vent in time.
After finishing the work, you must stop the oil pump and close all valves. If a holding furnace is used to heat the molten metal, the power supply should be turned off and the ventilation equipment on the holding furnace should be stopped.
